Hello! I am a content producer and editor with a passion for science and nature. I currently work at Newsela, an education-technology startup serving two-thirds of public schools in the United States, where I write and edit articles on subjects ranging from physics to climate change. I have also worked for multiple media companies and a national laboratory.

 

My ultimate goal is to use my skill set to aid in the protection and preservation of our environment, and to advocate for communities facing the greatest environmental threats. I believe that focused, collective action, through a lens of mindfulness, empathy and respect, can truly foster change and peace in this world. 

 

In my free time, I enjoy hiking, swimming, painting, reading, and listening to music.
